A. A trained operator will immediately dispatch a response vehicle to your premises. Thereafter the operator will phone your premises to see if the alarm was accidentally activated. Your password will be asked for. If the password is given incorrectly, or there is no reply at your premises, the response unit will arrive at your premises to investigate.

Q. If my alarm activates accidentally, will the siren continue to sound?

A. No, the alarm will reset itself after approximately 10 minutes.

Q. Will my pets set off my alarm?

A. Dogs or cats can set off the motion detector. KK Technology can install a detector that is immune to most pets.
